BONWinnerDecal2015Sharonville Fine Arts Center is a non profit cultural arts center committed to offer quality arts programming to Sharonville and the surrounding communities. We are a 100-year-old building that is made up of three distinct and unique venues in one. The Westheimer Art Gallery celebrates a different artist in our community with First Friday Art Openings – with a new artist each month exhibiting their work in our Gallery.

Our 130 seat Theatre is a real treasure for the community. We offer a performance theatre for hundreds of children in the area each year with quality instruction and a true stage acting experience. Cinderella, Jr., Magic Tree House and Little Mermaid, Jr. are just a few of the great productions that have been performed in the past year. We are home to two theatre troops that bring great plays – Dial M for Murder, Mouse Trap, and the Whales of August just to name a few. We just received a generous donation of audiovisual equipment that will allow us to have first quality projection for movies and independent moviemakers.

Our Loft area is a unique venue for catered events with a touch of urban loft appeal. It is also the northern corridor home of the Art Academy of Cincinnati art classes. We have just become a listed wedding venue as a part of the Benson Street Bridal District.

The unsung heroes of our organization are the hard working and selfless Board that put in countless hours not only in planning and programming, but in cleaning, painting, and doing whatever it takes to ensure the Show Goes On and Sharonville Cultural Arts Center shines in the community. The other heroes are the businesses and individuals in and around Sharonville that support the Arts with donations of services, time, and memberships. I live and own businesses in Sharonville and I am blown away by the generosity and support of my fellow businesses and neighbors with donated services, money and precious time to support the Sharonville Fine Arts Center.

The Board is motivated to do a good job by the community and their support. From donations of thousands of dollars in Services – a parking lot, a butterfly garden, AV equipment, to responding to our needs in the middle of the night with plumbing issues. We are motivated by the talent of our neighborhood children – who walk out on that stage and own it… building confidence, developing talent and creating memories that last a lifetime.

As a Board we are most proud of the progress the Sharonville Fine Arts Council and Center has made over the past thirteen years. From the donation of the building and land by the city, generous donations by the area businesses and families to renovate an almost 100 year old building the Sharonville Fine Arts Center is thriving. We are proud of the hard working men and women that have made up the board and the volunteer staff through the years that have developed relationships and programming to the level we are currently operating.

The Sharonville Cultural Arts Center and Board has greatly benefited from our relationship with the Sharonville Chamber of Commerce. We have partnered with the Chamber on many outstanding events – The Car Show, The Wine Art Beer and Cigar Event as well hosted the Business After Hours and Young Leaders events. Rich and his staff are always supportive and volunteering of their time to help us in our planning, our Gala and fundraising events. The Sharonville Cultural Arts Center is the gateway to downtown Sharonville and a visual icon to mark our unique and vibrant city. With our partnership with the Chamber – together we strengthen the Sharonville image and help showcase all we have to offer as a city. As a resident and business owner of Sharonville the Sharonville Cultural Arts Center and the Sharonville Chamber of Commerce are two of the reasons I am proud to live and do business in Sharonville.
